Eligible U.S. orders can be returned if you request a return within 7 days of delivery and ship it back within 7 days of approval.
What items are eligible?
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and clear garment packaging/labels. Please include any accessories that came with the item.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address if approved.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not at this time. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size/style you want.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.
Any restocking fees?
If returned items don’t meet the eligibility criteria, we may decline the return or apply up to a 20% restocking fee.
International returns?
Not available at this time, we provide U.S. returns only.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is processed, refunds typically post to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
